Our trust in the court system is at record low

"Americans' trust in their country's court system has reached a record low, according to a survey released Tuesday. The Gallup poll found the public's confidence in its courts and judiciary system has dropped to 35 percent this year. An October survey from the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania found the public's trust in the U.S. Supreme Court dropped to a reord low. The poll discovered that 56 percent of Americans said they somewhat disapprove of the nation's highest court. The data indicated trust in the judicial body noticeably declined following the court's 2022 reversal of Roe v. Wade"  - The HILL, Filip Timotlia - Dec. 17, 2024

This is no big news to most of us. It is hard to find a living soul who is in agreement with not only the U. S. Supreme Court, but nearly all verdicts handed down in lower courts where Trump's cases were handled. The conservative movement is nearly fiully in charge of cases in all court verdicts.

One of the biggest complaints from Americans is the inequality in cases where "the affluent is given much more latitude in what is acceptable and what is not."  Money rules when a brigade of lawyers march into the court room. 

The era of Donald Trump and his many cases that produced guilty verdicts has perplexed a nation that has watched him unpunished and free even to run for the highest office in the land. The people have also grimaced at greatly biased district judges turning a blind eye to the former president who appointed them to the bench. 

America has a lot of fence-mending to do since the former president was the loser to Joe Biden in 2016. Trump's life since that time has been a horror show of court room antics and deceptive trial tricks.

Trump is back in the saddle and nobody I know thinks he has had a rebirth of humanity. It's a cruel world we live in. . .and we aren't doing much to fix it! We'll just have to wait until the Democrats are back in power and getting us back on track!
