The Stolen Family Crest
Listen my children and I'll tell you all about the Familyn Crest story that hung on the wall.
Many years ago, a family lived in a place called Mar-a-Lago in the quaint state of Florida. Several years ago, a man named Donald Trump bought the beautiful club house, grounds, golf course, and fictures. One day, Donald was looking at a "thing" hanging on the wall and asked someone, "What the hell is that?" A woman standing nearby heard him and answered, "Oh, that is a Family Crest." Donald had to answer with, "What is a family crest?"
She replied, "It is crest that is showing what family the owner belongs to. It shows the pride the family has in the history of the original family name."
Donald turned to others, asking each one if they have a family crest? A few did. But, poor Donald didn't. He was heartbroken. Late that night, he was still moping around and thinking about the great and glorious name of "Trump" must have a crest. He took down the one hanging on the wall that was left with the house and proclaimed, "This is now the Trump Family Crest!"
As you will see, it had the word "integrity" etched on it. And, that word was foreign to Donald, but he decided he could leave it there and fake the rest.
The end of the story of the family crest, that he stole with a word that doesn't fit him, still hangs in Mar-a-Lago. . . and still doesn't fit him!
This story is as true as true can be. I heard it on the Rachel Maddow show this evening on MSNBC. It is about this lonely man who puts his name in nearly 75-foot high letters on all of his building, but he never had a "family crest". . . until he decided to steal one from somebody else.
That's pitiful, folks. . . that's damn pitiful - and sick!
AAH, but the Trump family name in Germany was DRUMPF.
